This page explains what information MedQuestBD collects when you use this website or contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email info@medquestbd.com.
When you use the contact form, we receive your name and phone number, plus anything else you choose to add: your email address, your research stage and your message. The form sends these to us as an email.
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive your number or address and whatever you write or tell us.
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run your project. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Theses, drafts and study data you share with us are used only to work on your project. We do not publish them or pass them on without your permission.
Where a study involves patients, please remove names and any other details that identify them before you send the data.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they use, how they found the site, and whether they tap a phone, WhatsApp or email link. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us who you are.
You can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works the same either way.
We use a few outside services to run this site and reply to you:
We keep enquiries and project messages for as long as we need them to help you and keep sensible records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@medquestbd.com or call 01670 632299.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
